摘要
构建符合新时代教育教学改革发展的教学质量监控体系,辅以大数据技术分析,为教学诊改提供第一手数据,保障人才培养质量提升。围绕日常教育教学工作,构建“五位一体”教学过程监控、“三个阶段”教学运行管理监控、“一学年度”教师教学质量考核的“531”教学质量监控体系,依托信息化平台对数据进行分析,形成教学质量监控分析画像,为决策者提供依据,提出以课程教学诊改为驱动力,“岗课赛证”引领“三教”改革带动课程体系建设,保障教学质量提升的逻辑架构,逐步构建完善学校内部人才培养质量保证体系。
Building up a teaching quality monitoring system in line with the development of education and teaching reform in the new era and supplemented by big data technology analyses will provide firsthand data for teaching diagnosis and reform and ensure the improvement of talent training quality.Focusing on the daily education and teaching work,the“531”teaching quality monitoring system of“five in one”teaching process monitoring,“three stages”teaching operation management monitoring,and“one school year”teaching quality for teachers assessment is constructed.The data are analyzed by relying on the informa⁃tion platform to form an analysis portrait of teaching quality monitoring,which provides a basis for decision makers and proposes to take the curriculum teaching diagnosis and reform as the driving force.The method of“post,course,competition and certificate”leads the reform of“three education”,drives the construction of curriculum system,ensures the logical structure of teaching quality improvement,gradually constructs and improves the internal talent training quality assurance system of the school.
