摘要
基于高职生职业成熟度现状的调查,探讨心理资本对高职生职业成熟度的影响,采用职业成熟度量表和心理资本量表,对1128名高职生进行问卷调查,结果显示,高职生的职业成熟度中等偏上,职业成熟度与心理资本存在显著相关,心理资本对职业成熟度有显著的预测作用。关注高职生心理资本的发展,培养高职生的积极心理品质,对提高职业成熟度,帮助高职生顺利就业起着积极作用。
Based on the investigation of the current situation of career maturity of higher vocational stu⁃dents,the impact of psychological capital on career maturity of higher vocational students was discussed in this paper.1128 higher vocational students were investigated by using career maturity scale and psychologi⁃cal capital scale.The results show that the career maturity of higher vocational students is above on medium,there is a significant correlation between career maturity and psychological capital,and psychological capital has a significant predictive effect on career maturity.Therefore,paying attention to the development of higher vocational college students’psychological capital and cultivating their positive psychological quality play a positive role in improving their career maturity and helping them get employed smoothly.
