摘要
运用文献资料法、德尔菲法和数理统计等方法,在梳理相关概念后界定世界赛事名城的定义和特征,提出了世界赛事名城“由内向外”和“由外向内”的发展模式。结合成都体育发展规划和城市特色优势,构建了包含5个一级指标,15个二级指标和50个三级指标的世界赛事名城评价指标和权重系数。一级指标权重排序:竞技体育、赛事保障、特色体育发展、体育传媒、体育文化。
Sorting out the relevant concepts, clearing the definition and characteristics of international sports cities, and putting forward two development modes of “inside oriented” and “outside oriented”. Using the literature material method, Delphi method, AHP and the methods of mathematical statistics, combining with the sports development of Chengdu planning and urban characteristics advantage, study finds five first-level indicators, 15 secondary indexes and 50 tertiary indicators evaluation index and weight coefficient. The five first-level indicators index ranks as:competitive sports, the guarantee of the event, sport development with city characteristic, sports media and sports culture.
