茶树无糖组织培养生根技术研究 被引量:1

Study on Rooting Technology of Tea Tree Under Sugar-free Tissue Culture

摘要 本文以平阳特早茶树为试验材料,在无糖组织培养条件下,使用IBA对茶树组培苗进行诱导生根试验。结果表明,与1/2MS培养基(不添加植物生长调节剂对照)相比,1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA培养基(添加植物生长调节剂)对平阳特早茶树组培苗不定根的发生有显著促进作用,生根率达到68%。本研究建立了适合于平阳特早茶树无糖组培生根的技术方案,可为茶树组培苗木繁育提供新的方法。 The tea tree Pingyang Tezao was used as the test material to carry out the rooting test of tea tissue culture seedling by IBA inducing, under the condition of sugar-free tissue culture. The result showed that, compared with the medium of 1/2MS(no plant growth regulator added), the medium of 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA(plant growth regulator added)could obviously promote the development of adventitious root of tea tree Pingyang Tezao tissue culture seedling, and the rooting rate was 68%. This study established a technical scheme of sugar-free tissue culture rooting suitable for tea tree Pingyang Tezao, which could provide a new method for the breeding of tea tree tissue culture seedling.
