使君子对犬蛔虫的治疗效果研究

Study on Therapeutic Effect of Quisqualis indica Against Ascaris of Dogs

本次试验主要研究了不同剂量使君子对自然感染蛔虫病犬的驱虫效果,并找出最佳治疗剂量。结果表明,连续用药7 d后,使用使君子剂量0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 g/kg的犬只蛔虫虫卵减少率分别为68.89%、81.40%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%,使用盐酸左旋咪唑剂量0.01 g/kg的犬只蛔虫虫卵减少率为91.49%;连续用药2~5 d后,各处理病犬粪便中都有虫体排出,而且在用药后第3天达到了排虫高峰期;使君子治疗蛔虫的最佳剂量为1.5~2.5 g/kg。

This experiment mainly studied the anthelminthic effect of different doses of Quisqualis indica on dogs naturally infected with ascaris, and found out the best therapeutic dose. The results showed that after 7 days of continuous medication, the ascaris egg reduction rates of dogs treated with the Quisqualis indica dosages of 0.5 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg, 1.5 g/kg,2.0 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg were 68.89%, 81.40%, 100.00%, 100.00% and 100.00%, respectively. The ascaris egg reduction rate of dogs was 91.49% when levamisole hydrochloride dosage was 0.01 g/kg. After 2 to 5 days of continuous medication,there were worms excreted in the feces of dogs treated with all treatments, and the excretion reached the peak on the third day after medication. The optimal therapeutic dose of Quisqualis indica against ascaris was 1.5-2.5 g/kg.
