摘要
中国汽车技术研究中心华南总部基地拟在广州市增城经济技术开发区设置一段跑道,需横穿新耀北路,新耀北路亟待改造。通过对新耀北路的道路现状、周边用地企业需求、用地红线、社会舆论等因素进行分析,采用定性和定量指标相结合的方式,对高架桥和隧道两个总体设计方案进行了比选,包括工程规模、对中汽研的影响、征地拆迁、工期、运营费用和周边企业舆论等方面。从现状分析、总体方案比选到平纵横设计,详细介绍了新耀北路下穿隧道的设计过程和思路,可为类似的城市节点改造提供借鉴。
The South China Headquarters Base of China Automotive Technology & Research Center(CATARC) plans to set up a section of runway in Guangzhou Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, which needs to cross North Xinyao Road. North Xinyao Road is urgently reconstructed.By the analysis on the road status of North Xinyao Road, the demand of surrounding land-use enterprises, the red line of land use, the social public opinion and the other factors, the method combined with the qualitative and quantitative indicators is used to compare and select two overall design schemes of viaduct and tunnel from the aspects of the engineering scale, the impact on CATARC, the land acquisition, the construction period, the operating expenses and the public opinion of surrounding enterprises. The design process and ideas of the underpass tunnel of North Xinyao Road are introduced in detail from the analysis of the current situation, the comparison of the overall scheme to the horizontal and vertical designs of the project, which can provide a certain degree of reference for the reconstruction of similar urban nodes.
