摘要 为确保盖挖逆作法地铁车站钢管柱施工质量和经济性,依托贵阳地铁某号线一期工程中曹司站钢管柱定位施工背景,分别从定位方法比选、技术控制要点、施工重难点控制措施、实施成效等方面进行分析阐述,确定该工程采用钢套管内人工定位方法。结果表明:该工程145根钢管柱实际人工定位进度平均为1.7根/d,实际施工费用为4.3万元/根;与机械定位法相比,可节约工期15 d,工程成本平均降低1.6万元/根,技术经济成果显著,在一定程度上可为类似工程钢管柱定位施工提供借鉴。 In order to ensure the construction quality and economy of steel pipe column in subway station by cover excavation reverse method, relying on the positioning construction background of steel pipe column in Zhongcaosi Station of a phase I project of Guiyang Metro Line, the manual positioning method used in the steel sleeve is analyzed, expounded and determined from the aspects of positioning method comparison and selection, technical control essentials, construction key and difficult point control measures, implementation effect and so on. The result shows that the actual manual positioning progress of 145 steel pipe columns in this project is 1.7 steel pipes/day on average, and the actual construction cost is 43 000 yuan/piece. Compared with the mechanical positioning method, the construction period is saved by 15 days. The average reduced engineering cost is 16 000 yuan/piece.The technical and economic achievements are remarkable, which can provide the reference for the positioning construction of steel pipe columns in the similar projects to some extent.
