摘要
为解决沥青混合料高温施工过程中与施工器具之间的黏附问题,避免传统隔离剂对混合料质量产生不良影响,研究开发出高温耐久型低表面能隔离剂,并通过隔离效果试验、隔离剂对沥青胶结料和沥青混合料性能影响试验,对其性能进行验证。结果表明,相比于目前沥青混合料施工中常用的植物油隔离剂,研究开发的高温耐久型低表面能隔离剂隔离效果明显且更为持久,同时该隔离剂的加入对于沥青胶结料和沥青混合料的各项指标影响十分有限,完全符合使用要求。
In order to solve the adhesion problem between the asphalt mixture in the high-temperature construction process and the construction equipment, and to avoid the adverse effect of traditional isolation agent on the quality of the mixture, a high-temperature durable low-surface energy isolation agent is studied and developed. The performance of the isolating agent is verified through the isolation effect test, and the influence test of the isolating agent on the performances of bituminous cements and asphalt mixture. The results show that the developed high-temperature durable low-surface energy isolation agent is more effective and more durable than the vegetable oil isolation agent commonly used in the asphalt mixture construction. And the addition of this isolation agent has a very limited effect on various indicators of bituminous cements and asphalt mixture, which completely meets the use requirements.
