摘要
目的研究天南星的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法以及制备型HPLC对天南星70%乙醇提取液进行分离纯化,运用HR-ESI-MS和NMR等多种波谱学方法对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果从天南星中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为cis-coniferin(1),coniferin(2),methylconiferin(3),icarisides F2(4),3-methylbutan-1-olβ-Dglucopyranoside(5),n-hexyl O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),apigenin-7-O-neohesperidoside(7),kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside(8),pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside(9),pinoresinol(10)。结论化合物1~8为首次从天南星科植物中分离得到,其中化合物7、8对脂多糖诱导的BV-2细胞的炎症反应具有抑制作用。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents from Arisaema erubescens(Wall.)Schott.Methods Silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC were used to separate and purify the 70%ethanol extract of Arisaema ammrense(Wall.)Schott.HR-ESI-MS,NMR and other spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structure of the compounds.Results Ten compounds were obtained from Arisaema amurense(Wall.)Schott and identified as cis-coniferin(1),coniferin(2),methylconiferin(3),icarisides F2(4),3-methylbutan-1-olβ-D-glucopyranoside(5),n-hexyl O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),apigenin-7-O-neohesperidoside(7),kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside(8),pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside(9),and pinoresinol(10).Conclusion Compounds 1~8 have been isolated from Araceae for the first time.Compounds 7 and 8 can inhibit lipopolysaccharide induced inflammation in BV-2 microglial cells.
