摘要
海藻玉壶汤为著名治瘿名方,是治疗诸多甲状腺疾病的重要方剂。在临床应用方面,海藻玉壶汤及其加减方可治疗甲状腺肿、甲状腺功能亢进症、桥本甲状腺炎和甲状腺癌等甲状腺疾病。现代药理研究表明海藻玉壶汤具有抗氧化应激、调节甲状腺细胞的增殖与凋亡和调节细胞因子等作用。本文旨在梳理海藻玉壶汤的临床应用进展及其药理作用研究,探讨海藻甘草反药组合的研究进展,为海藻玉壶汤的临床应用及其作用机制的深入研究提供参考。
Haizao Yuhu decoction is a popular prescriptions for treating gall disease,and it is an important prescription for many thyroid diseases.Modified Haizao Yuhu decoction can treat thyroid,,’diseases such as goiter hyperthyroidism Hashimoto s thyroiditis and thyroid tumor.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Haizao Yuhu decoction has pharmacological effect such as anti-oxidantion,regulation of proliferation and apoptosis of thyroid cells and cytokines.This review,aimed to sort out the clinical application and pharmacological progress of Haizao Yuhu decoction and discuss the research progress in the sargassum and glycyrrhiza antagonistic medicinal combination,provideing reference for further research and application of Haizao Yuhu decoction.
