Construction of self-service cloud pharmacy in fever clinics

目的评价自助云药房在医院发热门诊的应用效果,为医疗机构发热门诊自助药房的建设和优化提供参考。方法通过对自助云药房药品目录制订、药品槽位优化和监控系统建设的不断探索,使自助云药房得到最大化的应用。结果经过6个月(2021年1月—6月)的持续优化,日加药次数由优化前的1.93次降低到0.93次,每次加药后可调剂处方人次由(98.58±18.38)人增加到(112.68±11.87)人,患者取药等候时间由(94.56±6.53)s下降为(29.44±5.38)s,患者总体满意度(70.0%)高于门诊药房(67.5%),优化前后数值变化均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发热门诊自助云药房减少了污染区人员管理成本,提高了医院感染防控水平,同时为探索构建医院规范化、精细化和现代化的智慧药房提供新思路。

Objective To determine the application of self-service cloud pharmacy in hospital fever clinics.Methods Through the continuous optimization(January 2021 to June 2021)and exploration of the mode of self-service cloud pharmacy,the application of self-service cloud pharmacy was maximized.Results The number of daily dosing was reduced from 1.93 before the optimization to 0.93.After each dosing,the number of adjustable prescriptions increased from(98.58±18.38)to(112.68±11.87),patients waiting time for prescription filling decreased from(94.56±6.53)s to(29.44±5.38)s,and the overall patient satisfaction(70.0%)was higher than that of outpatient pharmacy(67.5%).The changes before and after the optimization were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-service cloud pharmacy in the fever clinics may reduce the cost of personnel management in the polluted area,improve the prevention and control of nosocomial infection prevention and control.It also provides new ideas for the construction of standardized,refined and modern pharmacies in hospitals.
