摘要
为缓解矿井采掘接续紧张问题,以晋华宫矿7-1^(#)层8501工作面为背景,根据巷道地质条件及煤岩力学性能,提出沿空留巷技术方案,采用理论方法计算出切顶高度及角度,并对液压支架工作阻力进行监测。结果表明:采用切顶沿空留巷技术后,切缝一侧的来压强度最小,支架所承受的最大工作阻力为35.5 MPa,比未切缝一侧约减小12.8%,卸压效果较好,可以有效降低来压强度。
In order to alleviate the tension of mining and excavation in mine,based on the background of the 8501 working face of the 7-1^(#)layer in Jinhuagong Mine,according to the geological conditions of roadway and the mechanical properties of coal and rock,the technical scheme of gob side entry retaining is put forward,and the cutting top height and angle are calculated by theoretical method,the working resistance of hydraulic support is monitored.The results show that after adopting the technology of roof cutting and gob side entry retaining,the incoming pressure strength of one side of the cutting seam is the minimum.The maximum working resistance of the support is 35.5 MPa,which is about 12.8% lower than that of the unslotted side,the pressure relief effect is better,and can effectively reduce the incoming pressure strength.
