摘要
为解决山西省中阳荣欣焦化有限公司高家庄煤矿东翼瓦斯鉴定巷近距离煤层群瓦斯治理的难题,通过理论分析钻孔负压损失模型,利用软件分别对东翼轨道大巷掘进工作面3号本煤层和4号邻近层定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采负压损失进行了计算。以此确定了定向钻孔施工的孔径和钻孔深度等关键参数。为东翼轨道大巷掘进工作面3号和4号煤层定向钻孔设计、施工提供依据,治理后工作面正常掘进后回风流瓦斯浓度最大不超过0.20%。
In order to solve the problem of gas control in short distance coal seam group in gas appraisal roadway in the east wing of Gaojiazhuang Coal Mine,Zhongyang Rongxin Coking Co.,Ltd.,Shanxi Province,through theoretical analysis of borehole negative pressure loss model,the negative pressure loss of directional long drilling gas drainage in No.3 coal seam and No.4 adjacent seam of the east wing track roadway heading face is calculated by software.Based on this,the key parameters such as pore diameter and drilling depth of directional drilling are determined.It provides the basis for the design and construction of directional drilling in the No.3 and No.4 coal seams of the east wing track roadway heading face,and the maximum gas concentration of return air after normal excavation in the working face is less than 0.20%.
