Application of Comprehensive Gas Extraction Technology in the 3-806 Fully Mechanized Top-coal Caving Face of Jingfang Coal Mine

摘要 为实现对煤矿瓦斯灾害的有效防治,以经坊煤业3-806综放工作面为工程背景,研究提出本煤层钻孔采前预抽、高位钻孔采空区瓦斯抽采的综放工作面瓦斯综合抽采技术。该技术在经坊煤业3-806综放工作面应用后,工作面回风流及上隅角瓦斯浓度均控制在0.76%以下,满足相关规程要求。 In order to realize the effective prevention and control of gas disaster in coal mine,taking the 3-806 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Jingfang Coal Industry as the engineering background,this paper studies and puts forward the comprehensive gas extraction technology of pre-drainage of boreholes in this coal seam and gas drainage in goaf area of high boreholes.After the application of this technology in the 3-806 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Jingfang Coal Industry,the return air flow and the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face are controlled below 0.76%,which meets the requirements of relevant regulations.
