摘要
在立井设计规范中没有四角罐道选型设计计算及受力理论的研究。为寻找四角罐道截面选型、套架横梁布置的设计依据,通过采用三花应变片测力方法,对副立井四角罐道进行受力特性分析,得出最大应变截面、最大弯矩产生位置,从而确定合理的四角罐道截面和套架横梁的选型。
There is no research on the type selection design calculation and force theory of the four-corner tank road in the design code of the vertical shaft.In order to find the design basis of the cross-section selection of the four-corner tank road and the arrangement of the cross beam of the sleeve frame,the force measurement method of three-flower strain gauge is adopted to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the four-corner tank road of the auxiliary vertical shaft,and the position of the maximum strain section and maximum bending moment is obtained,so as to determine the reasonable selection of the cross section of the four-corner tank road and the cross beam of the sleeve frame.
