摘要
针对上榆泉选煤厂振动筛振动大、噪音大、频繁开裂的问题,通过分析振动筛筛机基础结构提出了增强筛机基础的措施,达到了增强筛机基础抗振性能和动平衡稳定性的目的,同时采用空气弹簧替代原有钢制弹簧,将原有固体中的传播增设了气体隔离,极大地减少了振动对基础的冲击,降低了筛机周边环境的噪声以及振动,达到减振降噪和减少设备故障的目的。
In view of the problems of large vibration,high noise and frequent cracking of the vibrating screen in Shangyuquan Coal Preparation Plant,the measures to strengthen the foundation of the vibrating screen are put forward by analyzing the foundation structure of the vibrating screen machine,which achieves the purpose of enhancing the anti-vibration performance and dynamic balance stability of the screening machine foundation.At the same time,the air spring is used to replace the original steel spring,and the gas isolation is added to the propagation in the original solid,which greatly reduces the impact of vibration on the foundation.It reduces the noise and vibration of the surrounding environment of the screening machine,and achieves the purpose of reducing vibration,noise and equipment failure.
