井下共享吸水系统的研究与应用

摘要 针对原采区水仓位于四采区向斜轴部采区低洼点,受回采影响,不能继续使用,新水仓不能布置在低洼点位置,且四采区尚有3个工作面未回采等问题,利用巷道立交关系,设计了“F型水仓”,并利用水仓特点,设计了共享吸水井。通过共享吸水井管道闸阀控制可分别对2个以上的独立水仓进行排水,且不影响水仓清淤。 In view of the fact that the water bunker in the original mining area is located in the synclinal axis of the fourth mining area,which is the low-lying point of the mining area,affected by mining,can not continue to use,the new water bunker can not be arranged in the low-lying point.In addition,there are still 3 working faces in the fourth mining area that have not been mined,so the roadway interchange relationship is used,the “F type water bunker” is designed,and the shared suction well is designed by making use of the characteristics of the water bunker.Through the control of the gate valve of the shared suction well pipeline,more than 2 independent water silos can be drained respectively without affecting silting removal.
