摘要 选取11个沿海地区为研究对象,运用非径向、非角度的SBM-ML模型测算了2004-2017年的海洋生态效率,对海洋生态效率和经济发展的库兹涅茨曲线进行检验,并对海洋生态效率的影响因素进行分析。研究发现:中国海洋经济发展对海洋生态效率的影响呈库兹涅茨曲线倒“U”型关系。沿海地区海洋生态效率存在较大的地域差异,呈现“东-北-南”梯度分布。样本研究期内海洋生态效率呈现出“降-升”的平缓“V”型结构。产业结构对全国海洋生态效率的影响并不显著但对北部海洋经济圈具有促进作用,科技研发投入和固定资产投资对海洋生态效率具有负向影响而劳动力投入和人均国内生产总值对海洋生态效率提高具有促进作用。 Taking eleven coastal areas as research objects,the paper measures the marine ecological efficiency from 2004 to 2017 using the non-radial and non-angle SBM-ML model,tests the Kuznets curve of marine ecological efficiency and economic development,and analyzes the factors affecting marine ecological efficiency.The study found that the influence of China’s marine economic development on the efficiency of marine ecology presents an inverted"U"relationship of Kuznets curve.There are great regional differences in marine ecological efficiency in coastal areas,showing the distribution of the"East-North-South"gradient.During the sample study period,the marine ecological efficiency showed a flat"V"-type structure of"down-liter".The influence of industrial structure on the marine ecological efficiency of the whole country is not significant,but it has a promoting effect on the northern marine economic circle,and the investment in scientific and technological research and development and fixed asset investment has a negative effect on the marine ecological efficiency,while the labor input and per capita GDP have a positive effect on the marine ecological efficiency.
