关于北海市海洋经济高质量发展的思考

Thoughts on the High-quality Development of Marine Economy in Beihai City

海洋是高质量发展的战略要地,北海市作为中国西部地区极具发展潜力的沿海城市,如何在我国经济发展新阶段,将海洋资源生态禀赋转化为发展优势,实现海洋产业动能转换升级,拓展蓝色经济空间,是当前北海市发展海洋经济亟待解决的问题。在综合分析北海市海洋经济发展基础、存在的问题、面临的机遇与挑战的基础上,从产业发展、科技创新、生态文明建设、对外开放和金融支持5个方面提出具体对策建议,对促进北海市海洋经济高质量发展具有一定的参考意义。

The ocean is a strategic place for high-quality development.As a coastal city with great development potential in western China,there is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of marine economy in Beihai City.That is how to transform the ecological endowment of marine resources into development advantages,realize the conversion of marine industry momentum upgrading and expand the blue economic space in the new stage of China’s economic development.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the development foundation,existing problems,opportunities and challenges of Beihai’s marine economy,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects:industrial development,scientific and technological innovation,ecological civilization construction,opening to the outside world and financial support,which has a certain reference significance for promoting the high-quality development of Beihai’s marine economy.
