摘要 以集装箱运输为例,在考虑碳交易成本的前提下,综合考虑运输成本与时间成本,构建了多式联运路径优化模型,并以上海至重庆的货物运输为例,采用遗传算法求解了不考虑与考虑碳排放成本两种情况下上海运输至重庆的最优运输路径与最小总成本。 Nowadays,under the carbon trading policy,multimodal transport service providers must consider not only transportation costs and time costs,but also carbon emission costs.In this paper,taking container transportation as example,we construct a multimodal transport route optimization model and use the genetic algorithm to solve it and obtain the optimal route and minimum total cost for one freight transportation run from Shanghai to Chongqing respectively with and without consideration for the carbon trading cost.
