绿色消费行为下的闭环供应链回收策略

Recycling Strategy of a Closed-loop Supply Chain with Green Consumption behavior

在动态背景和绿色消费行为下,构建了以废旧品的回收率为状态变量的微分博弈模型,同时考虑产品的绿色度和不同回收策略,利用最优控制理论求出不同回收策略下模型的均衡解,最后对制造商回收和零售商回收两种策略下的均衡解进行对比分析,并对相关参数进行了数值分析。结果表明:随着消费者对于产品绿色度的敏感系数增加,两种回收策略下系统各个主体的利润也随着增加;两种回收策略下产品的批发价格与零售价格的均衡解大小受到消费者对于产品绿色度和价格的敏感程度以及绿色成本系数的影响;与零售商回收策略下的均衡解相比,制造商回收策略下回收努力、回收率、产品绿色度以及零售商的利润均衡解更优。

In this paper,we set up the differential game model of a closed-loop supply chain with the recycling rate of waste products as the state variable,considered the green level of the products and two different recycling strategies,namely the manufacturer recycling strategy and the retailer recycling strategy,then used the optimal control theory to obtain the equilibrium solution of the model under the two strategies,and finally compared the equilibrium solution and other related parameters and data respectively under the two strategies.The result showed that:as the consumers’sensitivity toward product greenness increases,the profits of each subject in the supply chain under the two strategies also increase;the equilibrium solution of the wholesale price and retail price of the product under the two recycling strategies is affected by the consumers’sensitivity toward the green level and price of the product and the green cost coefficient;and compared with the retailer recycling strategy,the manufacturer recycling strategy is superior in terms of equilibrium solution for recycling effort,recycling rate,product greenness and retailer profit.
