异型条烟预分拣关键技术研究

Research on Key Pre-sorting Technologies for Special-shaped Cigarette Cartons

为降低异型烟手工拣选停机时间,提出了一种异型烟预分拣技术,通过预读手工拣选订单、缓存订单、自动合单实现了自动分拣和手工拣选并行作业。仿真结果表明,通过预分拣技术能有效降低手工拣选时间。

In order to reduce the downtime in the manual picking of special-shaped cigarette cartons,this paper designed a pre-sorting technology capable of juxtaposing automatic sorting and manual picking of the special-shaped cigarette cartons through pre-reading manual picking orders,buffering orders,and automatic order consolidation.Finally,through a simulation,it was shown that the manual picking time could be effectively reduced by the pre-sorting technology proposed in this paper.
