东西协作背景下“供应链管理”课程考核模式探索与实践——以青海高等职业技术学院物流管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 在加强东西部高等职业教育交流与合作的背景下,无锡城市职业技术学院向青海高等职业技术学院派出第一批教师进行为期10周的交流。在对青海高等职业技术学院物流管理专业三个班级的学情分析基础上,对“供应链管理”课程的教学现状和考核现状分析基础上,构建“供应链管理”课程创新多元考核模式,取消期末卷面考试,注重平时成绩及形成性考核,通过“学习通”线上平台及线下课堂对学生进行考核,充分调动学生课前、课中及课后的学习积极性及参与度,培养学生未来应对职场的综合能力,提升“供应链管理”课程的教学效果,给东西部高等职业教育协作带来启示。 Under the background of strengthening the exchange and cooperation of higher vocational education in eastern and western regions in China,Wuxi City College of Vocational Technology sent the first delegates of teachers to Qinghai Higher Vocational and Technical Institute on a 10-week exchange program.The paper analyzed the learning situation of three classes of logistics management specialty and the teaching and assessment status of the Supply Chain Management course.On such basis,it constructed the innovative and diversified assessment mode for the course,and canceled the end-of-semester paper examination to attach more importance to student performance score and formative assessment.In the meantime,by combining the"Xuexitong"online learning platform with offline classes,the paper fully mobilized students’enthusiasm and participation in learning before,during and after the class,cultivated the students’comprehensive ability to cope with future career,improved the teaching effect of the course,and brought enlightenment to the cooperation of higher vocational education in the eastern and western regions.
