摘要
针对职业教育集团的运行缺乏有效管理监督机制、成员单位之间的办学和人才培养质量水平参差不齐等问题,以湖北物流职业教育集团的运行为载体,探索行业型职教集团如何把握“1+X”证书制度构建协同育人机制,打造多方共赢的利益共同体,并分析其实践成效,以期为示范性职业教育集团培育、建设提供参考和借鉴。
In view of such problems as lack of effective management and supervision mechanism in the operation of vocational education groups,and the uneven school running and training quality among member units,with Hubei Logistics Vocational Education Group as the carrier,we explored how the industry-based vocational education group could leverage the"1+X"certificate system to build a collaborative education mechanism and create a multi-win community of interests,and analyzed its practical effects in order to provide reference for the cultivation and construction of exemplary vocational education groups.
