基于“岗课赛证”航空物流专业人才培养模式研究——以江苏航空职业技术学院为例

Research on "Career, Class, Competition and Certificate" Based Training Mode of Professional Aviation Logistics Talents: Taking Jiangsu Aviation Technical College as Example

针对航空物流专业人才培养面临的问题,阐述了“岗课赛证”人才培养模式的构建逻辑,以江苏航空职业技术学院为例,探索形成了“以岗定课、课赛互促、证赛互补、课证融合、持证竞岗”五个环节的育人模式。

In this paper, aiming at the problems encountered in the training of professional aviation logistics talents, we expounded the construction logic of the talent training mode based on the "career-course-competition-certificate dynamics, and then, with Jiangsu Aviation Technical College as the example, explored the formation of a five-linked talent cultivation system which could be eptimized as "determining course by the necessity of career, advancing course with competition and vice versa, complementing certificate with competition and vice versa, integrating course and certificate, and earning career by virtue of certificate".
