等离子喷涂LaH_(2)掺杂钨基复合涂层的制备与研究

摘要 利用空气等离子喷涂制备纯钨涂层和LaH_(2)掺杂钨基(W/LaH_(2))复合涂层对比,分析了涂层的微观形貌、密度、孔隙率、氧含量、热导率和机械性能。结果表明LaH_(2)加入后涂层的氧化和孔隙问题显著减少,硬度和弹性模量略有降低,塑性稍有改善,导热性能变化不大。 Tungsten coating and LaH_(2)doped tungsten-based(W/LaH_(2))coating are fabricated by air plasma spraying(APS).The microstructure,density,porosity,oxygen content,thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the coatings are comparatively analyzed.The results indicates that with the addition of LaH_(2),the oxidation and porosity problems are reduced significantly,the hardness and elastic modulus are decreased slightly,the plasticity is improved slightly,the thermal conductivity has no significant change.
