文章基于“双碳”目标和相关法律体系,对新形势下新能源项目开发建设法律风险防范进行探讨,以期找出在建设全过程进行有效风险管控的途径。

Based on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,new energy development and construction project legal risk prevention under the new situation are discussed,in order to find out the way of effective risk control in the whole construction process.
