摘要
基层行政事业单位财务发展越来越市场化、技术化和法制化,基层事业单位财务人员综合素质、专业能力、人才梯队等方面的建设能否跟进时代发展已成为关注的重点。基于此,分析基层事业单位财务人员的现状以及存在的具体问题,并相应提出提升财务人员专业技能与综合素质、加强财务人员梯队建设、完善绩效考核和晋升机制、加强财务人员监督等对策。
