空调器用翅片管式换热器排水性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用动态浸渍法对Ф7 mm翅片管式换热器的排水性能进行试验研究,并分析存水量对换热器性能的影响。结果表明,换热器安装倾斜角为45°~60°时的排水性能较好;翅片片型和翅片宽度是提升换热器排水性能的关键;对2种排水特性的换热器性能进行试验对比,发现排水性能好的换热器在湿工况下的性能更好。 The drainage performance of Ф7 mm finned-tube heat exchanger is studied by dynamic impregnation method, and the effect of water retention on the performance of heat exchangers is analyzed. The results show that the drainage performance of the heat exchangers is better when the installation inclination angle is 45°-60°. The shape and width of fin are key factors to improve the drainage performance of heat exchangers. The performances of two heat exchangers with different drainage characteristics are compared and it is found that the heat exchangers with better drainage performance also have better performance under wet conditions.
