镁含量对于高铝锌铝镁板工艺性能的影响

摘要 通过试验室模拟的手段,分析不同镁含量对于高铝锌铝镁镀层各项工艺性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同镁含量锌铝镁板在450℃下经过加热,随着镁含量的升高,锌铝镁板耐热性提升;不同镁含量高铝锌铝镁板耐碱性无明显差异,耐酸性差异明显,随着镁含量升高,失重量随之减少,耐酸性随之升高;切口耐蚀性试验表明:不同镁含量高铝锌铝镁板切口耐蚀性随着镁含量升高而升高。 The effects of different magnesium content on the process properties of high aluminum zinc aluminum magnesium coating were analyzed through laboratory simulation.The results show that:Zinc aluminum magnesium plates with different magnesium contents are heated at 450℃,with the increase of magnesium content,the heat resistance of zinc aluminum magnesium plate increases;The alkali resistance of high aluminum zinc aluminum magnesium plate with different magnesium content has no noticeable difference,but the acid resistance has an obvious difference.With the increased magnesium content,the weight loss decreases,and the acid resistance increases.The notch corrosion resistance test shows that:the notch corrosion resistance of high aluminum zinc aluminum magnesium plate with different magnesium content increases with the increase of magnesium content.
