摘要
动态能力是一种探索企业组织对瞬息万变环境的应对能力,可以使企业组织在动态、复杂的外部环境中获得持续的竞争优势。高水平专业群建设是一个不断适应外部环境变化的过程,借鉴动态能力理论,对提升高水平专业群的持续竞争力具有重要意义。目前,高水平专业群建设在持续竞争力形成上存在机会识别和管理不科学、资源整合不到位、特色和优势彰显不充分等现实困境。为此,需要优化组织学习机制,提升专业群的动态适应性和机会管理能力;完善融合发展生态,增强资源整合和优化配置能力;注重特色凝练,增强专业群内涵建设和新优势培育。
Dynamic capability is a kind of ability to explore the enterprise’s response to the rapidly changing environment, which can promote the enterprise’s sustainable competitive advantage to survive in the dynamic and complex external environment. The construction of high-level specialty clusters is a process of constantly adapting to the changes of external environment, and it is of great significance to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of high-level specialty clusters by drawing on dynamic capability theory. So far, the formation of sustainable competitiveness in the construction process of high-level specialty clusters has encountered some practical difficulties, such as unscientific identification and management of opportunity, inadequate resources integration, and insufficient features and advantages, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the organizational learning mechanism to improve the dynamic adaptability and opportunity management ability of specialty clusters, promote the ecology of integration development, enhance the integration and optimal allocation of resources;focus on the condensation of characteristics, strengthen the connotation construction and cultivation of new advantages of specialty clusters.
