摘要
房地产经济是我国经济的重要组成部分,房地产企业作为房地产经济的参与主体,是市场经济的重要参与者。文章以A集团下属多家项目公司的实际运营情况为例,从集团对项目公司的管理、项目公司自主管理入手,针对房地产企业项目公司运营中出现的普遍风险点进行详细分析,提出改进风险防控和优化公司管理的意见建议,以期提高财务风险防控的水平,为房地产行业持续稳定发展提供参考。
Real estate economy is an important part of our country’s economy,real estate enterprises,as the main part of real estate economy,are the important participants of market economy.Taking the actual operation of a number of project companies under Group A as an example,this paper starts from the group’s management of the project company and the independent management of the project company,analyzes in detail the common risk points in the operation of project company of real estate enterprise group,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the risk prevention and control and optimizing the management of the company,so as to improve the level of financial risk prevention and control,and provide reference for the sustainable and stable development of the real estate industry.
