双循环背景下经济高质量发展的挑战与对策

Challenges and countermeasures for high-quality economic development under the background of dual circulation

“十四五”时期我国经济已由高速增长向高质量发展转变,并且为能在满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的同时推动社会经济长远发展,党中央提出了高质量发展的要求。在“双循环”新发展格局下,经济高质量发展面临着许多挑战:需求侧的消费不足、经济发展不协调以及供给端创新能力不足、关键技术落后等,必须要重视这些问题,在促进“双循环”格局建立的基础上提出解决高质量发展的办法。

During the“14th Five-Year”Plan period,China’s economy has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development.In order to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life and promote the longer-term development of social economy,the Party Central Committee has also put forward the requirements of high-quality development.Under the new development pattern of“double circulation”,high-quality economic development is facing many challenges,including insufficient consumption on the demand side,uncoordinated economic development and insufficient innovation capacity on the supply side,key technologies are backward and the circulation system is imperfect.We must pay attention to these problems and put forward solutions to high-quality development on the basis of promoting the establishment of the“dual circulation”pattern.
