摘要
人口老龄化、家庭结构小型化以及女性就业率增加的背景下,家庭赡养照护老年人的压力加大,居家养老面临严峻挑战。为了减轻居家照护者的照护负担,促进居家照护的可持续发展,国家应在宏观层面建立健全居家照护的支持性政策,微观层面重视发挥社区的依托作用,以实现建立健全以居家照护为基础的多层次养老服务体系的目标。
Under the background of the aging population,the miniaturization of family structure and the increase of female employment rate,the pressure on families to support and care for the elderly has increased,and the home-based elderly care is facing severe challenges.In order to reduce the care burden of home caregivers and promote the sustainable development of home care,the state should establish and improve supportive policies for home care at the macro level,and pay attention to the supporting role of the community at the micro level,so as to achieve the goal of establishing and improving a multi-level elderly care service based on home care.
