青海省发展林业碳汇的金融支持研究

A study on financial support for the development of forestry carbon sinks in Qinghai province

基于青海省最大的价值在生态这一省情定位以及碳达峰和碳中和的目标下,青海省的生态文明建设逐步开展,生态经济的发展也逐渐受到重视。文章主要研究金融如何支持青海省发展林业碳汇,分析了青海省发展林业碳汇的优势、机遇、存在的问题以及制约因素,并给出了“林业碳汇+”模式的有效路径,希望为青海省继续发展林业碳汇项目提供一定的参考。

Based on the greatest value of Qinghai province in the provincial positioning of ecology and the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the construction of ecological civilization in Qinghai province has been gradually carried out,and the development of ecological economy has been gradually valued.This paper mainly studies how finance supports the development of forestry carbon sinks in Qinghai province,analyzes the advantages,opportunities,existing problems and constraints of the development of forestry carbon sinks in Qinghai province,and gives an effective path analysis of the“forestry carbon sequestration+”model,hoping to provide a certain reference for the continued development of forestry carbon sink projects in Qinghai province.
