基于平衡计分卡的X公司绩效评价体系研究

摘要 随着经济的发展,人口老龄化进程逐渐加速,各级医疗单位对康复医疗建设的不断重视和患者康复意识的加强等诸多因素,直接推动了康复医疗设备需求的快速增长。为了使医疗企业适应市场的变化,企业需要更加重视内部管理,并引入更合理的管理制度。平衡计分卡作为一种综合性绩效管理工具,展现了管理的全面性优势,文章设计了以X公司的战略目标为导向的绩效评价体系,为X公司在新形势下提高自身竞争力提供了理论指导和策略支持。 With the development of the economy,the aging process of the population is gradually accelerating,medical units at all levels of the continuous emphasis on the construction of rehabilitation medical treatment and the strengthening of patients’awareness of rehabilitation and many other factors,directly promote the rapid growth of rehabilitation medical equipment demand.In order to make medical enterprises adapt to changes in the market,enterprises need to pay more attention to internal management,and introduce a more reasonable management system.As a comprehensive performance management tool,the balanced scorecard shows the comprehensive advantages of management,and the article designs a performance evaluation system oriented to the strategic goals of company X,which provides theoretical guidance and strategic support for company X to improve its competitiveness in the new situation.
