互联网平台低价倾销行为的规制研究

数字经济时代,平台经济成为推动社会经济发展的重要力量。但是,面对多样化的定价场景,平台经济领域内低价倾销行为层出不穷。平台的市场多边性使得低价倾销行为的界定标准更为复杂,传统的规制手段如何对其进行有效遏制也成为亟待解决的问题。文章基于新时代网络技术与网络经济发展的特征,从立法与执法两方面探究新业态发展下互联网平台低价倾销行为的规制方案。

In the era of digital economy,platform economy has become an important force to promote social and economic development.However,in the face of diversified pricing scenarios,low-price dumping behaviors emerge in an endless stream in the platform economy.The multilateral market of the platform makes the definition standard of low-price dumping more complicated,and how to effectively contain it by traditional regulatory means has also become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the characteristics of network technology and network economic development in the new era,this paper explores the regulation scheme of low-price dumping behavior on Internet platforms under the development of new business formats from the aspects of legislation and law enforcement.
