摘要
随着大连全域旅游的不断发展,旅游过程中更加需要高素质的旅游人才来提供有针对性、有特色的旅游服务,顺应数字化经济时代发展。文章主要探究利用数字赋能手段推动大连旅顺口区的人力资源发展,以此应对在全域旅游背景下旅游企业的人力资源开发及旅游服务管理创新。
With the continuous development of the whole area tourism in Dalian,it is more necessary for high-quality tourism talents to provide targeted and characteristic tourism services in order to adapt to the development of the digital economy era.In this regard,this paper mainly uses digital empowerment means to promote the development of human resources in Lvshunkou district of Dalian,so as to cope with the human resources development and tourism service management innovation of tourism enterprises in the context of global tourism.
