新型布水破板结过滤技术在三元污水处理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为解决三元复合驱区块见剂浓度上升,水中硅离子浓度、聚合物浓度、采出水黏度持续升高,导致的过滤罐内部结垢较多、反冲洗憋压严重、滤料再生不彻底等问题,采用新型布水破板结过滤工艺对三元-6污水站10座过滤罐进行改造,并参照其工艺结构对杏二十六三元污水站4座过滤罐进行改造。持续对2座站库改造滤罐的出水水质、运行参数、滤料污染情况进行跟踪。结果表明:新结构过滤罐在去除率、运行参数、滤料再生效果上均优于原结构过滤罐;运行超过800天时,新结构过滤罐去除率较原结构过滤罐提高15%,反冲洗压力均小于0.05 MPa;可有效解决三元污水站过滤罐结垢、污染物淤积导致的过滤效果差,反冲洗憋压问题。通过参数优化,新结构过滤罐反冲洗周期可延长至48 h,减少污水无效循环,同时新结构过滤罐单体投资及运维成本也大幅下降,在投资效益、运行效果上新型布水破板结过滤工艺在三元污水处理中优势显著,具有较大的推广应用价值。同时对三元污水站水质跟踪结果表明,仅对滤罐结构进行改造,可以提高过滤效果,但不足以使见剂高峰期三元污水站水质达标,未来油田仍需要对三元污水处理工艺进行持续攻关。 In order to solve the problems caused by the rising concentration of polymer and surfactant increased in ASP flooding block and the continuous rise of silicon ion concentration,polymerconcentration and produced water viscosity in the water,such as more scaling inside the filter tank,serious pressure holding in backwashing,and incomplete regeneration of filter material,a new type of water distribution and harden breaking filtration technology is adopted to transform 10 filter tanks in ASP Flooding-6 Sewage Station.And refer to its process structure,4 filter tanks of Xing-26 ASP Flooding Sewage Station are reconstructed.The effluent quality,operation parameters,and filter material pollution of the reconstructed filter tanks oftwo stations are continuously tracked.The results show that the new structure filter tank issuperior to the original structure filter tank in removal rate,operation parameters,and filter material regeneration effect.After more than 800 days of operation,the removal rate of the new structure filtertank is 15%higher than that of the original structure filter tank,and the backwashing pressure is less than0.05MPa.It can effectively solve the problems of poor filtration effect,and backwashingpressure holdingcaused by scaling and pollutant deposition in the filter tank of ASP flooding sewage station.Through parameter optimization,the backwashing cycle of the new structure filter tank can be extended to 48h toreduce the ineffective circulation of sewage.At the same time,the monomer investment and operationand maintenance cost of the new structure filter tank have decreased significantly.Therefore,in termsof investment benefit and operation effect,the new water distribution and hardenbreaking filter tankhas significant advantages in ternary sewage treatment,and has great popularization and application value.Meanwhile,the tracking results of the water quality of the ASP flooding sewage station show thatonly the transformation of the filter tank structure can improve the filtration effect,but it is not enoughto make the water quality of the ASP flooding sewage station meet the standard in the peak period of agentexposure.In the future,the oilfield still needs to continue to tackle key problems in the ternary sewagetreatment process.
