油田埋地管道腐蚀机理及防治对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着油田管道投产年限增加,油田开发形势由水驱向聚驱转变,腐蚀防护工作面临的形式愈发严峻。通过对大庆油田第五采油厂埋地管道建设情况进行统计、综合分析失效原因等方面入手,采取预制管材质量抽检、新建管道质量监督、严格执行堵漏修复规范、开展腐蚀机理研究、试验推广技防手段等措施,有效降低了管道综合失效率,为第五采油厂“十四五”管道完整性管理工作奠定了良好基础。 With the increase of pipeline operation time,the oilfield development situation has changed from water flooding to polymer flooding,and the corrosion protection work is facing more and more severe situations.By making statistics on the construction of buried pipelines in No.5 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield,and comprehensively analyzing the failure causes,the comprehensive failure rate of pipelines has been effectively reduced through random inspection of prefabricated pipeline quality,quality supervision of newly built pipelines,strict implementation of pluggingand repair specifications,corrosion mechanismresearch,testing and promotion of technical prevention measures,etc.It lays a good foundation for pipeline integrity management of the No.5 Oil Production Plantin the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
