摘要
某油田区域2005年建成投产,建成转油站1座,集油阀组间5座,管道213 km。由于地处河流湿地,受洪水影响较大。对此,该区域采取特殊建设模式,包括从基础加高、管道加深敷设、钢筋混凝土铺设路面、加强岸线防护四个方面提高建设标准,保障洪水期生产安全。针对埋地管道管理,通过管道更换、检测修复、阴极保护系统、泄漏报警系统等技术手段提高管道服役周期、将管道失效降低至最小;针对洪水水毁道路和管道的现象,成立汛期领导小组,制定汛期工作预案,加强巡线,减少环境破坏的影响;统计管道失效事件,分析原因机理,并制定有针对性的管道更换计划;针对管道内部结垢结蜡现象,探索量子环新技术,利用微波共振方式物理除垢;在今后的生产管理中,重点关注腐蚀检测、包括管道内检测、腐蚀桩检测,管道本体检测,以多角度检验管道本体的腐蚀状况。推行管道全周期管理,从设计期、建设期、运行期执行相关管理规定,将关键指标纳入考核,提高相关人员对管道的重视程度。以上技术管理措施的实施可确保管道建设模式有效且可靠,通过完善管道相关数据库,可为管道的维修和管理、管道工程的规划设计制定更加科学的方案。
An oilfield was completed and put into operation in 2005,with 1 oil transfer station,5oil collection valve group rooms,and 213km pipelines. Because it is located in river wetlands,it is greatly affected by floods. In this regard, special constructionmode is adopted in this region, which includesraising foundation, deepening pipeline laying, laying reinforced concrete pavement, and strengtheningshoreline protection to improve construction standards and ensure production safety in flood periods.For the management of buried pipelines,one is to improve the service cycle of pipelines and reduce the failure rate ofpipelines to the minimum by means of pipeline replacement, detection and repair, cathodic protectionsystem, leak alarm system and other technical means. Second, in view of the phenomenon of roadsand pipelines destroyed by floods, the flood season leading group is established, the flood seasonwork plan is formulated, the patrol line is strengthened, and the impact of environmental damage is reduced. The third is to count the pipeline failure events, analyze the causes and mechanisms,and develop targeted pipeline replacement plans. Fourth,in view of the phenomenon of scaling andwaxing inside the pipe, explore the new technology of quantum ring, and physical descaling by meansof microwave resonance. Fifth, in the future production management, is to focus on corrosion detection, including detection in the pipeline, corrosion pile detection, pipeline body detection, to inspect the corrosion status of the pipeline body from multiple angles. Carry out the full-cycle management of pipeline, implement the relevant management regulations from the design period, construction period and operation period,include the key indicators into the assessment,and improve the relevant personnel’s attention to the pipeline.The implementation of the above technical management measures can ensure that the pipeline construction mode is effective and reliable. By improving the pipelinerelated database, more scientific schemes can be formulated for the maintenance and management of pipelines and the planning and design of pipeline projects.
