按SY/T 6968—2021等规范进行定向钻设计时注意事项及常见问题

摘要 定向钻穿越是油气输送管道工程中一种常用的非开挖穿越方式,为了帮助设计人员更好地理解定向钻设计的相关规范,关注各规范之间的差异,合理地运用规范,从SY/T 6968—2021《油气输送管道工程水平定向钻穿越设计规范》和GB 50424—2015 《油气输送管道穿越工程施工规范》的具体条款入手,结合工程实际案例,分析阐述设计层面部分容易忽视问题,如穿越位置选择时需考虑河道形态变化、穿越轴线与建(构)筑物之间的距离及定向施工轴线偏差和管道保护法的要求、场地布置与钻机大小的关系、定向钻校核计算时公式中系数的解读等典型问题,建立发展、实事求是的设计理念,解决工程问题,最终推动定向钻设计技术的发展和进步。 Directional drilling crossing is a common trenchless crossing method in oil and gas pipeline engineering. In order to help designers better understand the relevant norms of directional drilling design,pay attention to the differences between the norms,and rational use of norms,this paper starts with the specific provisions of the “Design code for oil and gas transmission pipeline installation by horizontal directional drilling”(SY/T 6968-2021),and the relevant provisions of the “Code for construction of oil and gas transmission pipeline crossing engineering”(GB50424-2015), combined with practical engineering cases, analyzes and expounds the problems that are easily ignored at the design level. Such as,when choosing the crossing location, it is necessary to consider the change of river form, the distance between the crossing axis and the building(structure), the axis deviation of directional construction and the requirements of pipeline protection law, the relationship between the site layout and the size of the drilling rig,and the interpretation of the constant coefficient used in the checking calculation of directional drilling,and other typical problems. This article can help designers to establish a development and realistic design concept, solve engineering problems, and ultimately promote the development and progress of directional drilling design technology.
