摘要
针对火电在新型电力系统中综合价值评价研究的不足,从经济性价值、稳定性价值、灵活性价值和环保性价值4个方面,对新型电力系统中的火电综合价值进行了分析。采用熵权-TOPSIS-灰色关联度方法,构建火电综合价值评价指标体系。通过对我国西北某省6个火电企业的实证分析,以及与相关评价方法的对比,验证了评价模型的科学性。对各火电企业的评价结果进行分析与讨论。为新型电力系统建设过程中火电转型路径提供科学参考,助力我国双碳目标顺利实现。
Aiming at the lack of research of the comprehensive value evaluation of thermal power in the new power system,this paper analyzes the comprehensive value of thermal power in the new power system from four aspects of economic value,stability value,flexibility value and environmental protection value.The evaluation index system of comprehensive value of thermal power is constructed by using entropy weight-TOPSIS-grey correlation degree method.Through the empirical analysis of 6 thermal power enterprises in a province in northwest China and comparison with other evaluation methods,the scientific nature of the evaluation model is verified.The evaluation results of thermal power enterprises are analyzed and discussed.This paper provides scientific reference for the transformation path of thermal powers in the construction of the new power system,and helps to smoothly achieve the goal of dual carbon in China.
