油田含聚污水应用电子束辐照技术杀菌降黏探索性实验 被引量:1

An Exploratory Experiment of Electron Beam Irradiation Technology on Sterilization and Viscosity Reduction of Polymer-containing Wastewater in Oilfield

摘要 针对大庆油田聚驱采出水黏度高、细菌含量高的问题,为寻求一种有效降低含聚污水黏度和灭活细菌经济有效的技术方法,改善污水处理效果,开展了含聚污水应用电子束辐照技术探索性实验,研究了电子束辐照对含聚污水黏度及灭活硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌和铁细菌作用原理及作用效果。研究结果表明:辐照吸收剂量为1.0 kGy时,含聚污水中的硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌和铁细菌数量低于聚驱污水回注细菌含量指标(100 mL^(-1))要求;辐照吸收剂量2.5 kGy时,三种细菌去除率达到100%;辐照吸收剂量为1.0 kGy时,含聚污水的黏度可降至1.1~1.5 mPa·s,接近相同温度下水的黏度。电子束辐照技术对含聚污水杀菌降黏作用效果明显,有效降低了含聚污水的吨水处理成本,为油田含聚污水杀菌降黏探索了一条新途径,为提高回注污水水质达标率提供了技术支持。 Aiming at the problems of high viscosity and high bacterial content of polymer flooding produced water in Daqing Oilfield,in order to seek an economical and effective technical method to effectively reduce the viscosity and inactivate bacteria of polymer-containing wastewater,and improve the treatment effect of wastewater,an exploratory experiment of applying electron beam irradiation technology to polymer-containing wastewater is carried out.The mechanism and effect of electron beam irradiation on the viscosity and inactivation of sulfate-reducing bacteria,saprophytes,and iron bacteria in polymer-containing wastewater are studied.The results show that when the absorption dose of electron beam irradiation is 1.0 kGy,the number of sulfate reducing bacteria,saprophytic bacteria,and iron bacteria in the polymer-containing wastewater is lower than the requirement of 100 mg/L for the bacteria content index of reinjected polymer-containing wastewater.When the absorption dose of electron beam irradiation is 2.5 kGy,the removal rate of the three bacteria reaches 100%.When the absorption dose of electron beam irradiation is 1.0 kGy,the viscosity of polymer-containing wastewater can be reduced to 1.1~1.5 mPa·s,which is close to the viscosity of water at the same temperature.Electron beam irradiation technology has an obvious effect on the sterilization and viscosity reduction of polymer-containing wastewater,it effectively reduces the treatment cost per ton of polymer-containing wastewater,and explores a new way for sterilization and viscosity reduction of polymer-containing wastewater in oilfield,which provides technical support for improving the quality standard rate of reinjected wastewater.
