摘要
采用多重光散射法进行原油乳状液稳定性的测试,研究聚合物浓度、沉降时间对原油乳状液稳定性的影响。通过测试参比模式下光强随时间的变化、不稳定性系数曲线、背散射光峰厚度分析含不同浓度聚合物的乳状液油水分离的难度。随着沉降时间的增加,透光率随之增加,实现油滴上浮,水滴聚并下沉;随着含聚合物浓度的增加,不稳定系数呈现下降的趋势,分水量也相对较少,油水分离难度增大。
The stability of crude oil emulsion is tested by multiple light scattering method,and the effects of polymer concentration and settling time on the stability of crude oil emulsion are studied.Through the variation of light intensity with time,instability coefficient curve,and reflected light peak thickness in the tested reference mode,the difficulty of oil-water separation of emulsion with different polymer concentrations is analyzed.With the increase of settling time,the light transmittance increases,realizing the floating of oil droplets,and the aggregation and sinking of water droplets.With the increase of polymer concentration,the instability coefficient shows a downward trend,the water separation amount is relatively small,and the difficulty of oil-water separation increases.
