井场安全生产监控系统研究及应用

Research and Application of Safety Production Monitoring System in Well Site

针对井场安全生产问题,研发了一种井场安全生产监控系统。首先对井场安全监控的需求进行全面分析,在此基础上,从系统建设方案、硬件构成以及软件实现三个角度出发,提出井场安全生产监控系统建设方案,对提出的监控系统进行应用分析,为保障井场的安全生产作业奠定基础。研究表明:在井场生产作业的过程中,由于危险源的数量相对较多,加强生产监控十分关键;通过构建井场安全生产监控系统,可以对各种设备的生产参数进行监控,工作人员可以根据预警情况对某个单井进行重点监控,以防止出现风险问题。通过实际应用发现,采用井场安全监控系统可以有效降低井场的事故次数,对于保障井场的安全生产作业十分有利,未来可以在我国井场大力推广井场安全生产监控系统。

Aiming at the safety production problem of the well site,this research proposes a well site safety production monitoring system.A comprehensive analysis of the well site safety monitoring requirements is carried out first.On this basis,from the three perspectives of system construction scheme,hardware composition,and software implementation,the construction scheme of the well site production safety monitoring system is proposed.The application analysis of the monitoring system proposed is carried out to lay the foundation for ensuring the safe production of the well site.Studies show that it is critical to strengthen production monitoring in the process of well site production due to the relatively large number of hazardous sources.Through the construction of the well site safety production monitoring system,the production parameters of various equipment can be monitored,and the staff can focus on monitoring a single well according to the warning situation,so as to prevent the occurrence of risk problems.Through practical application,the number of accidents at the well site can be effectively reduced by adopting the well site safety production monitoring system,which is very beneficial to ensure the safety production operation of the well site.In the future,the well site safety production monitoring system can be vigorously promoted in China's well sites.
