摘要
在区域阴极保护体系中,完整性管理作为确保场站管道设施安全运行的现代化安全管理技术,可有效预防事故的发生。以衢州压气站的区域阴极保护系统为研究对象,总结阴极保护系统常见的故障及解决方案;通过分析数据记录仪(UDL2)和极化探头(极化试片)进行通断电电位和交直流干扰测试,可有效获得埋地被保护体消除IR降后的真实阴极保护电位和交直流干扰测量数据。结合衢州压气站的实际情况,从区域阴极保护系统设施的完整性检查、有效性测试、系统优化运行三个方面,完善站场区域阴极保护系统完整性管理的工作内容。
As a modern safety management technology to ensure the safe operation of pipeline facilities in the regional cathodic protection system,integrity management can effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents.This paper takes the regional cathodic protection system of the Quzhou compressor station as the research object,and summarizes the common faults and solutions of the cathodic protection system.Through analytical data recorder(UDL2)and polarization probe(polarization test piece)to test on/off potential and AC/DC interference,the real cathodic protection potential and AC/DC interference measurement data of the buried protection body after eliminating IR drop can be achieved effectively.According to the actual situation of the Quzhou compressor station,the work content of integrity management of the regional cathodic protection system is improved from three aspects of integrity inspection,effectiveness test,and system optimization operation.
