College students are in a transitional period, from youth to adulthood, and they are prone to psychological and ideological problems during this period. To solve this problem, we should explore the relationship between college students’ mental health education and ideological and political education,and find the right method to realize the effective combination of the two.Mental health education and ideological and political education of college students are important parts of cultivating talents for all-round development, and these two kinds of education have their own different focuses, but they can also be combined with each other to seek common development.
