后疫情时代高校辅导员情绪劳动的“人本”向度 被引量:1

摘要 后疫情时代,智慧校园建设的数字化转型将人排斥于大学治理之外,高校思想政治教育面临着人的挑战,辅导员情绪劳动通过爱的人文关怀彰显思想政治教育人的回归。辅导员情绪劳动表达规则二元互补,显性规定是其“人本”价值的强制约束力,隐性规则是其“人本”价值的软性浸透力,全面诠释辅导员情绪劳动的“人本”定位;辅导员情绪劳动策略自主选择,个体内自主情绪调节、人际间平等情绪分享、情景性互动情绪表达分别蕴藏、承载、印证其“人本”精神,充分阐释辅导员情绪劳动的“人本”取向。 In the post-epidemic era, the digital transformation of smart campus construction has excluded people from university governance, and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing human challenges. Counselors’ emotional labor shows the return of people in ideological and political education through the humanistic care of love. The expression rules of counselors’ emotional labor are binary complementary.The explicit rules are the mandatory binding force of their“humanistic”values, and the implicit rules are the soft penetration of their“ humanistic” values, which comprehensively explains the“ humanistic” positioning of counselors’ emotional labor;counselors choose their own emotional labor strategies, self-regulated emotions within individuals, equal emotional sharing among people, and situational interactive emotional expression respectively contain, carry, and confirm“ humanistic” spiritof counselors’ emotional labor, which fully explains the“humanistic”orientation of counselors’ emotional labor.
