氯化石蜡-52后处理工序优化探讨

摘要 介绍了后处理工序的脱酸和稳定剂添加对氯化石蜡-52性能的影响,及目前行业内普遍采用的间歇脱酸存在的问题,提出了实现连续化脱酸存在的困难及解决思路。通过稳定剂组成和添加时机的相关实验,得出了乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和甲基锡复配用作稳定剂对氯化石蜡-52各项性能的影响,提出了高浓度的氯化氢会减缓氯化石蜡-52分解的观点。 The effects of deacidification and stabilizer addition in post-treatment process on the properties of chlorinated paraffin-52 are introduced.The problems of intermittent deacidification commonly used in the industry are introduced.The difficulties and solutions to achieve continuous deacidification are put forward.Experiments related to the composition of stabilizers and the timing of addition were carried out.The effects of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and methyltin as stabilizers on the properties of chlorinated paraffin-52 are obtained.The point of view that high concentration of hydrogen chloride will inhibit the decomposition of chlorinated paraffin-52 are put forward.
